But when I look to mirror is not figuratively FOR FEEDBACK FROM SIGNIFICANT OTHERS. But literally TO SEE IF I AM A BETTER VERSION OF MYSELF FROM YESTERDAY.
If not ,check your face thoroughly. If anything is happening to you health-wise or otherwise it is usually seen on your face-your eyes, the skin, your mouth-I am assuming that you brush your teeth at this time ,too-that's another part of your face that can reveal many things.
After you examine all that you can see in the mirror go to the other parts of the body that you can see normally-without the mirror. But you should not look alone but also feel-with your eyes open and with it close.
After doing this for sometime you will be able even to be in tune with your body even without doing this manually-this is a way of building awareness for the future. This exercise is link to your biological clock.
